Job Responsibilities:

• Professional judgment for reviewing and confirming shoe patterns
• Monitor shoe quality-related functions, and have a forward-looking perspective to solve the executability, structure and technical issues between development and mass production
• Ensure the factory complies with the corrective requirements and tracks progress
• Able to create accurate specifications (understand basic shoe English terminology)
• Identify potential quality control risks and coordinate with company quality control officers
• Able to complete other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Proficient in shoe upper materials, processes, functional structures, testing, fitting requirements, lasts, etc. related substantial knowledge and data
• Rich experience in footwear technology, with a certain degree of footwear aesthetics
• Practicality and sense of responsibility
• Need good communication and expression skills - good Cantonese, a little English and Mandarin are even better
• A little knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Chinese and English typing
• Travel on business to execute duties
• Strictly adhere to the goods confidentiality code
• Prioritization for immediate employment and preference for those who have completed American orders
