Description of Position

● Based on customer needs and actual situations, create big data and AI-related solutions for customers, explain them to customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and business leaders, and establish trust and friendly cooperation during the process.

● Promote Alibaba Cloud's data intelligence solutions and best practices to customers and partners. Summarize and integrate multiple customer/partner cases, develop standardized replicable solutions, and gain influence in the industry and business field.

● Understand customer and partner needs and provide them with data intelligent solutions and architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud's best practices.

● Develop migration plans to help customers and partners migrate their existing data platforms and applications to Alibaba Cloud, including providing migration support for data platforms and applications.

● Act as an advocate for customers or partners, feedback customer requirements, difficulties, product defects, insights, resource requests, etc., to the product team, and provide better products and services assistance for regional customers and ecosystem partners.

● Provide PoC (Proof of Concept) support to customers and partners, supporting development, testing, and demonstration of Alibaba Cloud services within PoC.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or above, with IT, computer science, and/or cloud computing background, good understanding of big data and AI technologies.

● At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting for data intelligence, deep understanding of customer needs, ability to convert business needs into solutions, priority given to those with overseas work or study experience.

● Familiar with Alibaba Cloud's big data products and/or open-source big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Kafka, etc...

● Background and experience in artificial intelligence/machine learning technology.

● Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture design, or consultancy services for clients. Ability to think from different levels and solve business, product, and technical challenges.

● Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and professional attitude. Outstanding presentation and interactive skills, able to use PPT or chart tools for in-depth architectural and solution discussions with customers.

● Capable of working under pressure, likes to delve into new technologies, passionate about cloud computing technology.

● Fluent English or Mandarin Chinese communication and expression skills, speaking Cantonese is a plus.

● Candidates who have visited Alibaba Cloud certification (ACP or ACE) will be considered first.
