Role Overview

We are a Hong Kong–based trading company with our own consumer electronics brand, JSW (Just Say Wow), selling across multiple international markets. Our product range includes TVs, household appliances, and kitchen appliances. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and market-aware individual to join our team. This role combine packaging artwork design, brand execution, and direct support to senior management, including travel to China for factory visits, sourcing, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Artwork Design (Core Responsibility)

• Design box artwork and packaging for TVs, kitchen appliances, and household appliances

Create packaging that is:

• Eye‑catching, vibrant, and retail‑ready

• Aligned with company brand positioning

Develop:

• Product layouts

• Feature call‑outs

• Iconography

• Colour schemes tailored to consumer buying behaviour

• Work closely with factories to ensure artwork accuracy, print quality, and consistency

Market Understanding & Brand Localisation

• Understand consumer buying styles in different markets

Adapt design language to:

• Price‑sensitive yet aspirational consumers

• Strong visual impact on retail shelves

• Assist in developing cohesive branding across multiple product categories

Personal Assistant & Business Support

• Act as a direct assistant to senior management — this is a highly hands‑on environment where team members support multiple projects across the business as needed.

Assist with:

• Product sourcing

• Supplier communication

• Sample follow‑ups

• Quality checks coordination

• Accompany management on China factory visits, sourcing trips, and QC inspections

• Help with basic organisation, follow‑ups, and documentation during trips
