Job Responsibilities
Assist electronic engineers in completing surface mount technology (SMT) welding operations on the R&D prototype to ensure that the welding quality meets the technical specifications and reliability requirements.
Based on design data, export and compile the first version of the electronic bill of materials (BOM), ensuring that the component model, specifications, quantity and substitute material information are accurate and error-free.
Collaborate with the engineering team to write a new product standard operating procedure (SOP) file, covering assembly steps, testing processes, key parameter settings, and common problem handling guidelines.
Responsible for the external appearance inspection, specification verification, and basic electrical property testing of electronic materials used in the R&D stage sample, to ensure incoming material quality, and promptly feedback abnormal situations to the purchasing and supplier management unit.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree, majoring in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, automation or related fields; those with a college degree must have at least two years of practical experience.
Proficient in operating soldering iron (including hot air gun), digital multimeter, oscilloscope, direct current (DC) power supply, etc. basic electronic measurement and welding equipment.
Have PCB board-level welding, assembly, functional testing and fault repair experience, and be able to handle common hardware anomalies such as short circuits, open circuits, signal distortion, etc. independently.
Read and understand Chinese and English annotated circuit diagrams (schematics) and PCB layout diagrams, and be familiar with the characteristics and application limitations of commonly used passive components, active components (ICs, MOSFETs, MCUs, etc.).
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively cooperate with colleagues from different departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and production; have strong learning intentions, be proactive in mastering new technologies and tools, and have a sense of responsibility and spirit of teamwork.
