Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the new installation of elevators and escalators, including equipment positioning, bracket installation, rail adjustment, main engine and control system assembly, wiring laying and overall machine debugging;
- Perform daily maintenance, regular inspections, fault diagnosis and repair work to ensure that the equipment meets the requirements of the Lifts and Escalators Ordinance and the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department's relevant safety standards;
- Complete customer site installation progress reports, maintenance records and inspection documents on time, and cooperate with internal quality audits and government department inspections;
- Participate in new project technical briefing and construction coordination, and coordinate with building contractors, consulting companies and other trades;
- Follow the construction site safety rules, correctly use personal protective equipment and specialized tools, and implement high-altitude work, electrical work, etc. Risk control measures.
- Have at least 8 years of maintenance and inspection experience on elevators and/or escalators, those with practical experience on new installation projects are preferred;
- Have passed the lift-related written test organized by the Vocational Training Council and obtained a qualified certificate recognized by the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department;
- Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to read Chinese technical drawings and safety instructions;
- Health and wellness, fearless of high altitudes and enclosed spaces, and able to adapt to construction site environments and mobile work arrangements.
- Monthly salary of HKD 20,000 - 22,000;
- Working 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (08:00–18:00, including 1 hour for lunch) ;
- Provide free accommodation;
- 3-month trial period;
- The termination contract notice period is 1 month;
- Medical insurance: Employees can seek medical treatment at public hospitals in Hong Kong, and the expenses will be reimbursed to the company on a real-time basis;
- Through the "Technical Talent Program", you can apply for your family to come to Hong Kong while you are in employment;
- Working continuously in Hong Kong for 7 years and meeting the qualifications for application as a permanent resident of Hong Kong.
