Responsibilities

1. Drawings coordination and drafting: Responsible for compiling, reviewing and coordinating CSD and CBWD, and using AutoCAD and Revit software to solve collision problems between mechanical and electrical pipelines.

2. On-site progress and quality control: Supervise daily construction site progress, manage subcontractors' construction, and ensure that all building equipment/mechanical and electrical installation engineering meets the project specifications, safety standards and local laws and regulations.

3. Resource and productivity management: Review and monitor subcontractors' human resources, material delivery status, and on-site resource allocation to ensure maximum productivity and timely completion.

4. External and internal coordination: Close coordination with subcontractors and communicate and liaise with the owner's consulting team on matters related to building equipment/mechanical and electrical engineering.

5. Other assigned tasks: Perform other site-related duties assigned by the management of "Lixing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd."

Entry Requirements (Requirements)

1. Work experience: Have at least 3 years of construction site work experience related to building construction.

2. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Equipment Engineering or related engineering disciplines.

3. Software skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) drafting will be given priority.

4. Personal traits: Have self-motivation ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently in a high-pressure and fast-paced construction site environment.

5. Language skills: Have good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese); those who understand Mandarin are even better.
