Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, setup and repair of printers and other peripheral devices to ensure they are working properly.
• According to assigned tasks, provide on-site support and technical services at various designated locations (Cheung Sha Wan, Shatin, Wan Chai, Tseung Kwan O).

• Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operation knowledge, familiar with the Windows system is preferred.
• Interested in information technology, willing to learn computer repair and IT support related skills.
• Need to have good communication skills, be able to cooperate with the team in different government departments to execute tasks.
• Need to be able to adapt to a mobile work mode, providing technical support to different locations as scheduled.
• Working five days and a half per week, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm on Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, and rotating long and short weeks.

• Monthly salary ranging from $14,000 to $15,500, depending on experience.
• Enjoy bank holidays and follow the government department's operating schedule for leave.
• Provide on-the-job training to help apprentices establish a solid IT technical foundation.
