[Job Description]

On-site technical support: Responsible for computer software and hardware installation, debugging, and printer maintenance at the customer's site.

Troubleshooting: Perform daily inspections of IT equipment, quickly diagnose and solve hardware failures and software issues.

Equipment maintenance: Responsible for operating instructions and regular maintenance of computer systems and peripheral equipment.

Team collaboration: Keep in close communication with the team to ensure that work order processing progress and service quality meet the standards.

Continuous learning: Participate in on-the-job training provided by the company and continuously improve your technical skills.

[Job Requirements]

Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local work qualification requirements.

Secondary School Diploma or above, welcome IT-related subjects fresh graduates or those who are interested in IT industry to apply.

Familiar with computer hardware assembly, Windows operating system and common office software (such as Microsoft Office), those with basic network knowledge are preferred.

Have good logical thinking ability, proactive learning, careful and responsible work, and the ability to independently handle basic technical problems.

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, able to communicate basic English, with good customer service awareness and team collaboration spirit.

Need to adapt to an outdoor work mode, serving areas covering Hong Kong, Huangpu, Sheng Shui Po, Sai Kung, Wan Chai, Tuen Mun, and Kowloon Tong, etc., and can be adjusted according to shifts.

Applicants with work experience are preferred.
