Job Responsibilities:

• By actively contacting target buyers by phone, invite them to participate in feedback visits in a professional, friendly and persuasive manner, and each visit is about 10 to 15 minutes.

• Accurately record the respondent's response, opinion and basic information, ensure that the information is complete, clear and meets the project requirements.

• Execute telephone interviews in a Wan Chai office, according to the specified schedule (currently scheduled for April 17, 20-24, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm).

• Follow the supervisor's instructions, participate in a brief training or pre-briefing, and familiarize yourself with the current visit theme, target group, and operating procedures.

• Fluent Cantonese is a must, able to communicate clearly in Mandarin and basic English, with no accent barrier or expression difficulties.

• Have good listening skills and empathy, be patient with different types of interviewees (including those who decline or are hesitant), and maintain politeness and professionalism.

• No relevant experience is required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply

• Must bring your own smartphone or computer device and be able to use Zoom to participate in the online interview on April 16; the interview time will be notified separately.

• Working location is the Wan Chai office, which is an on-site office mode (non-remote), please come to work in casual clothes (strictly prohibited slippers, shorts, etc. inappropriate clothing).

• Hourly rate is HKD $70, calculated based on actual working hours, and salary is paid monthly.

• After entry, basic training and operational guidance will be provided, and you do not need to prepare visit content on your own.

• Successful interviewees will be scheduled to start work on April 17-24, and their first week's shift will be coordinated and confirmed in advance.
