Job Description
Responsibilities
Execute remittance and FX orders; handle system entry and daily reconciliation
Collect client ID documents and perform preliminary AML/Sanction screenings
Handle inquiries on rates and onboarding; explain transaction delays or document requirements to clients
Ensure all files meet the C&ED 7-year retention standards
Assist with quarterly reporting and track fund status with banks/partners
Provide secretarial support and ac-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Proficient in Excel and Chinese & English typing
Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and sensitive to numbers
Immediately available is highly preferred
