Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicate with customers, introduce and promote telecommunications monthly fee plans to attract customers to purchase.
• Answer customer questions about monthly fee plans and provide professional product consulting services.
• Based on customer needs, recommend the most suitable telecommunications solution to enhance the conversion rate.
• Ensure customers clearly understand the plan details, including fees, terms and service details.

Work requirements:

• One or more years of sales-related experience, those with telecommunications, real estate, fundraising, etc. Industry experience is preferred.
• Have good communication skills and persuasion skills, and be able to effectively establish trust relationships with customers.
• Passionate about sales work, able to withstand work pressure and self-motivate.
• Have basic computer operating skills, be able to use office software and customer management systems fluently.
• Can accept shift work and outdoor promotion job arrangements.
