Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for patrolling the interior and exterior of the building to ensure hotel facilities, guests and employees are safe
• Monitor closed-circuit television systems and promptly detect and handle suspicious activities
• Provide basic customer service, assist visitors or residents in answering inquiries
• Write patrol reports and event records, and report to your superiors
• Implement the company's safety policies and guidelines
• Execute other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• One year of hotel property security experience
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin conversational skills, basic English ability is better
• Working hours: 9 hours or 12-hour shift or fixed shift time (including 1 hour for meals)
