Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6:30 pm, working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in higher education; five subjects pass in the secondary school entrance examination, Chinese, English, and mathematics meet the standards of the secondary school entrance examination/diploma test; able to read and write Chinese; able to read and write English slightly
Language requirements: Good Cantonese is preferred, general Mandarin, general English
Work visa requirements: Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong return employment arrangement (IANG)
Job Responsibilities:
According to the specific goals and needs of the project, develop detailed execution processes and operating procedures
Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential risks and propose improvement measures
Continuously report project status to management, provide data support and decision-making advice
Ensure all project files are complete and comply with internal compliance and regulatory requirements

Have good Cantonese communication skills, general Mandarin and English abilities
Able to fluently read Chinese files with basic English reading and writing abilities
Preference will be given to those with IIQE 1 and IIQE 3 licenses
Applicants with relevant financial industry project management experience are preferred, fresh graduates or those with no experience are welcome to apply
Have organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Familiar with office software operations, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Benefits:
Monthly salary $30,000 - $45,000, depending on experience, salary negotiable
