Job Description
Department: Project and Market Development Department
Main responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in following up on various trade and technical cooperation projects of the company to ensure smooth progress of the project.
Assist in sorting and analyzing market, product and customer data, prepare reports and presentation files.
Maintain good communication with internal teams and external partners (such as suppliers, customers).
Responsible for assisting in handling project files, quotations, purchase orders, etc. Administrative work.
Support product promotion activities and exhibition affairs (such as preparing materials, sorting out information).
Assist with daily project operations and temporary tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation or above, holders of business, management or related academic diplomas are given priority, and IANG visa holders are welcome.
Applicants with 1 year or more of administrative/project support experience are preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), understand Chinese and English computer input.
Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English; understanding Mandarin is even better.
Careful, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Have good team spirit and positive learning attitude.
