• Based on the Blue Whale R&D and operation integration platform, participate in the construction and delivery of large and medium-sized enterprises' automation maintenance transformation projects, be responsible for the deployment, implementation and subsequent operation of the Blue Whale platform and ITOM operation and maintenance scenario-based products, and promote the landing of the whole product solution;

• In the project construction process, combined with ITSM, ITIL, ITOM and automated maintenance etc. operation and maintenance method, provide basic product usage training and technical guidance to customers, enhance customers’ understanding and application ability of the system;

• Responsible for writing project-related technical documents and delivery results, including platform deployment manuals, automated scenario design and implementation process documents, user operation guides, etc., ensuring that the documents are complete, clear, and traceable;

• Have more than 2 years of Linux operations and maintenance work experience, be familiar with the Linux system startup process, process management, permission control, file system structure, LVM configuration, software installation and configuration management, data backup and recovery, etc. core knowledge;

• Familiar with MySQL database installation configuration, performance tuning, master-slave replication, backup and restore mechanism, and common problem troubleshooting ability;

• Familiar with Docker container technology and Kubernetes (K8S) cluster management, understand the deployment and maintenance process of containerized applications;

• Preference will be given to those who understand the installation, configuration, and fault diagnosis of commonly used open-source components such as MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Nginx;

• Strong sense of responsibility and ambition, good communication and coordination skills, learning ability and problem analysis and solving ability, able to complete tasks efficiently under pressure, familiar with Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with priority given to Cantonese and Mandarin.
