Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and politely, responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling payments for daily operations of the store.

• Maintain the store's environment and food safety, ensuring the store is clean and comfortable.

• Learn and master the standardized beverage preparation process, assist and lead the team to achieve business goals.

• Participate in scheduling, inventory management, and basic report recording of the store operations, and accumulate experience for promotion to the store manager position.

Job Requirements

• Having a valid Hong Kong work identity.

• Have experience in tea, coffee or food and beverage chain work; those with experience in Mochi Ice City or store management can be directly considered as candidates for store managers.

• Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to a fast-paced and somewhat stressful restaurant work environment.

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic English communication skills preferred.
