Responsible for the daily operation of the floor service, leading the server team to provide high-quality customer service

Schedule and supervise floor staff's shift assignments, position allocation, and job performance

Assist in handling customer complaints, promptly resolve sudden problems, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory dining experience

Execute the various preparations and checks for opening and closing the market, ensuring a clean environment and complete equipment

Have at least one year of experience in floor management or supervisor-related work, familiar with the restaurant operation process

Have good leadership skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively motivate front-line service personnel

Understand basic computer operations and be able to use a restaurant management system for ordering and transfer records

Acceptable shift work, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
