Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the frozen meat company's office building, coordinate the workflow of various departments, and ensure smooth business operations
  • Handle warehouse-related accounting matters, including inventory records, cost calculation, accounts receivable and payable reconciliation, and invoice issuance
  • Regularly inventory frozen meat stocks, compare actual inventory with system data, and promptly identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Follow up on customer order processing and delivery arrangements, coordinate with logistics department on delivery time and quality control
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and operating reports, providing data support for management decision-making
Work requirements

  • Have accounting or business-related associate's degree, those with frozen meat, food or refrigeration industry experience are preferred
  • Proficient in computer word processing and accounting software (such as Excel, Word, Kingdee or Yonex), able to quickly process large amounts of data
  • At least two years of warehouse accounting or related work experience, familiar with import and export trade processes is preferred
  • Careful and steady, with good numerical sensitivity and independent problem-solving ability, and able to withstand work pressure
