Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of hospital friends' medications, including medication verification, distribution and medication records, to ensure medication safety and compliance.

• Perform various basic and advanced nursing procedures, such as wound dressing changes, urinary catheter and gastric feeding tube care, vital sign monitoring and recording.

• Participate in emergency situation handling, have basic first aid skills, be able to immediately identify abnormal situations and coordinate with the team to implement preliminary contingency measures.

• Assist the nursing supervisor in completing administrative tasks, including nursing file completion, electronic system data input, and hospital friend health evaluation report sorting, etc.

• Support daily life care of the elderly, and provide integrated elderly care services in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams (such as physical therapists and social workers).

  Requirements:

• Have 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience in geriatrics or internal medicine, familiar with the care of common diseases in the elderly (such as cognitive impairment, chronic degenerative diseases, and pressure ulcer prevention and treatment)

• Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate and provide health education in clear Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities, able to read medical orders and write basic nursing records.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other legal work permit; Need to submit social security contribution records and relevant identity proof documents as required.

  Benefits:

• Monthly salary of HKD 21,000 to 23,000, depending on experience and performance.

• Working six days a week, rotating early shift (7 am to 7 pm) or mid-shift (8 am to 8 pm), with two hours of mealtime per day.

• Provide employees with meals (including breakfast), and deduct 10% of their monthly salary as dormitory fees.
