Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for chopping board handling, ingredient preparation and marinating for main dishes such as clay pot rice, clay pot vegetables and fried food, ensuring that each stage meets the output time and quality requirements.
- Participate in food delivery and acceptance, judge and screen the freshness, texture, and specifications of raw materials such as meat, seafood, and vegetables on the spot, and reject materials that do not meet the standard from entering the kitchen.
- Daily before and after business hours, implement a comprehensive sanitation cleaning, covering cutting boards, knives, countertops, storage containers and work areas, and implement color coding management and raw and cooked separation principles.
- Kitchen basic skills and safety operation procedures.
- Prioritization for those who value food safety and hygiene, understand the core requirements of the Food Hygiene Management Regulations, and hold valid food handler certificates.
- Have good communication skills, be able to clearly receive instructions, immediately feedback problems, and cooperate with the supervisor to arrange flexible shifts (including evening and holiday shifts)
