Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution or management of the personnel situation in the branch

- Assist in supervising the overall daily operation of the restaurant and providing quality table service

- Ensure a safe working environment and assist front-line workers

Entry Requirements:

- Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) (Grade 6) or above

- More than 1 year of relevant restaurant experience

- Warm and proactive, sense of responsibility, good work attitude, and polite and friendly service attitude towards customers - Enjoy communicating with people and valuing team spirit

- Good Cantonese and able to read and write Chinese, general English

Working hours:

6:30 am to 10:00 pm (shifts and breaks)

6 days per week, 8.5 hours per day (shifts and breaks)
