- Provide quality service to guests

- Ensure the buffet of all F&B items and food items are adequate and replenished regularly as required, and in accordance with food safety standards

- Ensure the dining tables are detailed, including set up the tables and refilling condiments - Ensure linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition

- Maintain the tidiness and hygiene of the lounge, and clean trash - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Provide quality service to VIP room guests, including entertaining guests and clearing the table

- Ensure that all dining utensils and food in the self-service area are sufficient, and regularly supplement them according to food safety standards

- Keep the table clean and tidy, including setting the table and replenishing condiments

- Keep the public areas of the VIP room clean and hygienic, and dispose of garbage

- Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor

- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience

- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of spoken Cantonese and Fair English

- Able to speak fluent Cantonese and general English
