Job Responsibilities

• Independently complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and orderly restaurant operations.

• Responsible for the cleaning, cutting, marinating, etc. of ingredients, ensuring the freshness and quality of meal preparation.

• Assist with basic cooking operations, including frying, roasting, baking, and cooking rice, to support the kitchen in serving high-quality and stable meals.

• Accurately verify the online food delivery order content, complete the standardized packaging and delivery process of the food.

• Strictly enforce the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen environment, equipment and utensils, and implement food safety and sanitation standards.

• Responsible for the daily organization of the warehouse area, material inventory, and timely replenishment of operational supplies to ensure adequate inventory and no stockouts.

Work requirements

• Healthy body, able to handle goods transportation and other physically demanding tasks.

• Have basic Chinese and English reading abilities, and be able to accurately understand production orders and material label content.

• Able to adapt to long hours of standing and high-intensity, fast-paced work environment.

• No academic qualifications required, no need for relevant work experience, welcome newcomers to join.

• Must master Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.
