Research Manager (Science and Technology Ecosystem Research)

Job Overview:

As a core researcher of a well-known science and technology innovation mentor team, I deeply participate in the research and construction of the science and technology entrepreneurship ecosystem, and provide strategic insights and decision support for science and technology entrepreneurship development and science and technology innovation education through systematic surveys.

Main responsibilities:

1. Assist the team leader in formulating a scientific and technological innovation ecosystem research strategy, focusing on the innovation incubation system, technology-based entrepreneurship model, and regional scientific and technological innovation policy environment analysis.

3. Study the development trend of creative science and technology education, analyze the scientific and technological innovation talent training mode, entrepreneurship education curriculum system, and practical teaching methods, etc., and provide reference for the reform of creative science and technology education.

4. Track and analyze regional policies and industrial dynamics, with a focus on the impact of science and technology entrepreneurship and science and technology education support policies, educational innovation policies, and talent policies.

6. Write high-quality research reports to provide data support and theoretical basis for the spread of scientific and technological innovation ideas, the improvement of scientific and technological innovation education systems, and the cultivation of entrepreneurs.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, innovation management, science and technology policy, industrial economics, engineering management, etc. Relevant professional is preferred.

2. Have strong interest and in-depth thinking in science and technology entrepreneurship, hard technology industrialization and science and technology education, understand the entrepreneurial ecosystem operation mechanism and educational innovation mode, those who understand are preferred.

3. Have more than 5 years of research work experience, those who have background in incubators, investment institutions, technology companies, universities or relevant research institutions are preferred.

4. Quick thinking, good at accepting new things, and able to quickly understand cutting-edge technology, innovative models and educational concepts, with cross-disciplinary learning and integration abilities.

5. Excellent writing and data analysis skills, able to transform scientific and technological phenomena and education issues into clear research insights.

6. Strong learning motivation and open attitude, willing to go deep into the first line to understand the real needs of entrepreneurs, students and education workers.

7. Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.
