Mainly responsible:

• Provide consultation, case counseling, resource referral, parent education and family activities, regular professional and teacher training, crisis intervention and more to primary school children and parents.

Include:

• Provide professional advice or counseling services to parents, children and schools

• Provide professional case counseling services through individual interviews, telephone contact, home visits or case conferences

• Refer families and students to appropriate regional resources or professional services based on their needs, to enhance the family support network

• Provide parent-child education through different activities/groups, build mutual trust relationships, and identify families in need as early as possible

Qualifications:

• Recognize social work degree or above; registered social worker

• Good writing skills in Chinese and English

• Punctual attendance, sense of responsibility

• Loving and patient

• Have at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a school-based social worker in elementary schools.

• Willing to accept reasonable instructions from the organization

• Have enthusiasm to help and educate children

• Good communication skills

Residence time:

Full-time: 5 days per week (not less than 44 hours); if assistance and support or responsible for activities on teaching days, you need to stay on campus on Saturday (in line with the needs of the activity) If necessary, school holidays must also be served on campus.

Salary: monthly salary depending on work experience.
