Job Description
In-store display designer
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily display planning and execution of the Good View Commercial Center in Mong Kok Garden Street, including the placement, replacement and maintenance of clothing, accessories and props to ensure that the visual image is consistent with the brand's tone and seasonal themes.
Based on sales data, inventory status, and seasonal planning direction, regularly adjust the display scheme, enhance product exposure and customer dwell time, and promote sales conversion.
Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to communicate display goals and execution details, assist in training store employees to master basic display principles and daily maintenance points, and strengthen overall store visual consistency.
Record and feedback on display effect observation (such as customer movement, hotspots, product interaction), and provide practical optimization suggestions to the headquarters visual team.
Highly sensitive to fashion trends, with solid skills in color application, proportion composition, and spatial perception, able to independently complete display design that combines aesthetics and functionality.
Have clear oral expression and cross-role collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and management in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English.
Applicants with retail clothing, department store showcases, fashion brand displays or indoor exhibitions are welcome; those with no experience but with a visual arts, design background or portfolio can also be considered.
Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meet the high-talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa and other legal qualifications for working in Hong Kong; academic qualifications are not limited, and emphasis is placed on practical execution ability and learning willingness.
Monthly salary of HKD$20,000–$23,000, with salary negotiable based on experience and ability.
