Job Description
- Responsible for promoting and selling financial products, insurance plans or investment management solutions provided by the company to customers, and providing professional advice and customized services based on customer needs.
- Through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, social platforms or online channels, actively develop potential customers, establish and maintain long-term trust relationships.
- Accurately interpret product terms and risk warnings, ensure sales compliance, and assist customers in completing insurance applications, signing contracts, and handling follow-up documents.
- Regularly participate in product training and sales skills improvement courses organized by the company, and continuously enhance professional knowledge and market insight.
- Aged 18 or above, with good communication skills, stress resistance, and self-learning awareness, without relevant industry experience, and welcome those who want to change careers to apply.
- Have basic computer operating skills, be able to use smartphones, email and common office software fluently for daily business processing.
- Integrity and honesty, respect for professional ethics, and willingness to comply with the sales guidance and compliance requirements of the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) or other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Have proactive exploration spirit and goal-oriented thinking, be able to independently plan daily work arrangements and effectively manage time and customer resources.
- Adopt a high elasticity commission system, commission ratio with market competitiveness, the higher the sales performance, the higher the income, and set up a new order bonus, a performance bonus and a quarterly incentive plan.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding training and continuous professional development support, covering product knowledge, regulatory compliance, sales tactics, and digital marketing skills, to help you quickly master professional abilities.
