Customer Service Officer (VIP Team) X 3

• Call existing customers from the hotline center and provide professional and high-quality customer service
• Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate services and product discounts
• Assist in retaining customers, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Follow established procedures to process work flows, ensuring tasks are fully executed and completed in a timely manner
• Continuously follow up on customer inquiries or issues, provide effective solutions

• Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma, with good learning abilities
• Have good computer software operation experience, and be able to use office software fluently
• Have good communication skills, be able to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Applicants with customer service experience will be given priority, and those with no experience but high enthusiasm are welcome to apply
• One month 6-8 days off, working 5.5 days per week, 8 hours per day, Sunday off

• Monthly salary about HK$18,000 - 25,000 (base salary + newcomer bonus + Commission)
