Position Responsibilities (Responsibilities)

1. Responsible for the numerical control processing technology planning and technical solution formulation of high-precision parts of the company;

2. Lead complex structure and high difficulty workpiece cutting path design, processing parameter optimization;

3. Guide the process debugging and precision control of three-axis and five-axis CNC machining centers;

4. Establish and continuously optimize the company's numerical control machining process standards and technical specifications;

5. Analyze processing data to improve processing efficiency, reduce defect rate and processing costs;

6. Participate in the processing feasibility evaluation and process verification of new products and materials;

8. Establish internal skills evaluation and technical inheritance system;

9. Assist management in formulating high-end manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing technology development plans;

• Mechanical manufacturing, CNC technology, mechatronics or related professional background;

• Holding a national recognizedCNC milling machine operatorProfessional qualification certificate holders are preferred;

• 10 years of practical experience in numerical control processing and process technology;

• Familiar with the process planning and technical optimization of three-axis and five-axis CNC machining centers;

• Proficient in Mastercam, UG, Powermill, etc., numerical control programming and process software;

• Have the ability to independently develop complex parts processing solutions;

• Familiar with high-precision machining quality standards and process control methods;

• Have technical training, skills assessment and technical guidance experience;

• Have the ability to cross-departmental technical communication and technical solution explanation.
