Job Description

  • The company provides training
  • Support company business promotion activities such as customer briefing, market promotion presentation, preparation of promotional materials and post-event follow-up, etc., to strengthen corporate image and brand awareness.
  • Assist in handling cross-departmental communication and coordination work, act as an internal information hub, ensure accurate and timely transmission of instructions, and improve overall collaborative efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year at a bank, familiar with the banking industry's operating model and compliance culture.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, able to independently write formal business letters, meeting minutes and external publicity copy; Cantonese is the main working language, Mandarin is fluent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common administrative systems (such as OA, CRM or document management platforms), with basic data sorting and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative affairs, including file management, meeting scheduling, visitor reception, office resource coordination and supply procurement, etc., to ensure efficient and orderly administrative operations.
  • Support company business promotion activities such as customer briefing, market promotion presentation, preparation of promotional materials and post-event follow-up, etc., to strengthen corporate image and brand awareness.
  • Assist in handling cross-departmental communication and coordination work, act as an internal information hub, ensure accurate and timely transmission of instructions, and improve overall collaborative efficiency.
  • Responsible for basic financial administrative support, including initial review of expenses, invoice processing, budget execution tracking, and related administrative expenditure records, in accordance with internal financial compliance requirements.
