Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

1. Have at least 2 years of human resources management-related work experience, those with career introduction industry experience are preferred.

2. Familiar with Hong Kong employment and labor laws, and able to flexibly apply relevant laws to handle labor relations issues.

3. Good communication and coordination skills, good at communicating effectively with mainland partners and Hong Kong customers.

4. Have excellent organizational skills, be able to efficiently coordinate personnel recruitment, training and onboarding.

5. Able to handle cross-border Hong Kong workers’ procedures smoothly, with in-depth understanding of relevant policies and operations.

6. Have good professional ethics and responsibility, be patient and careful in your work, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
