Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for flour kneading work, ensuring stable dough quality and meeting production standards
  • Design and shape bread according to product specifications, and develop creative and market-attractive bread styles
  • Assist with kitchen daily management, including environmental sanitation, equipment cleaning, and work process optimization
  • According to inventory and demand, call for goods, accurately grasp the situation of raw material input and output
  • Full monitoring of oven operation, control of heat and baking time, and ensuring product color, flavor, and aroma are consistent

Work requirements

  • Applicants with baking-related work experience and familiar with the entire bread-making process are preferred.
  • Able to independently complete the process of making dough, fermentation, shaping and baking
  • Have basic kitchen management skills, emphasize food safety and sanitation standards
  • Have good communication skills, be able to coordinate with suppliers accurately on calling goods
  • Work hard and solid, and can adapt to high-temperature environment and shift rhythm
