Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handlings counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX and referral
- Cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff
- Provide customer enquiries with high quality service
Requirements
- Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with at least 1 years' counter or customer services experience will be preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the banking sector.
- Fluent Cantonese, Putonghua and English in Written and speaking
- Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience in Bank will be preferred
