Our client, a global power technology company, is now seeking a high-caliber calibre for business expansion.

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Core Focus:

• Provide technical support for Hong Kong and potentially expand across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in the future.

• No direct reports; individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on technical application and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product application development in North-East Asia markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea).

• Deliver technical support to internal business teams and external partners.

• Collaborate with regional partners on new product applications and provide timely technical solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and training for partners and end-users.

• Build relationships with key project consultants for technical specifications and approvals.

• Handle product complaints, perform on-site inspections, and maintain after‑sales project databases.

• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, competitive analysis, and problem‑solving for sales teams.

• Communicate regularly with regional technical, product, and quality management teams.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Background in lead‑acid battery industry or power systems is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of battery applications, UPS, power supply, and telecommunication power systems.

• Proficient in CAD tools and MS Office.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Able to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and travel as required.

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on challenging assignments
