They are known for their commitment to customer service and technological innovation.</p><p>Location: Kwun Tong</p><p>Nature: Secondment Contract (1 year, renewable)</p><p></p><p>Job Title: Systems Specialist (Mainframe, Credit Card Applications) (Bank)</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that the project scope, schedule, cost, and progress adhere to the planned timeline.</p><p>• Participate in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to various stages from design to deployment.</p><p>• Perform hands-on work in software design, development, and thorough testing of mainframe applications.</p><p>• Engage in the maintenance and enhancement of critical mainframe systems, focusing on credit card applications.</p><p>• Collaborate effectively with external vendors to integrate solutions and manage project deliverables.</p><p>• Provide expert advice and support for online applications within the banking environment.</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p></p><p>• A minimum of six years of experience within the Banking or Financial industry is required.</p><p>• Must possess practical experience and skills in Mainframe technology.</p><p>• Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience in Credit Card applications on the mainframe platform.</p><p>• Proficiency with MVS, COBOL, CICS, and VSAM is essential.</p><p>• Experience in a project management role for at least one year is highly desirable.</p><p>• Familiarity with DB2 is a strong advantage.</p><p>• Demonstrated understanding and application of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with all project parties.</p><p>• Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.</p><p></p>
