<p>1. Provide professional technical support and after-sales service to overseas customers to efficiently solve product use problems;</p><p>2. Responsible for on-site product installation, debugging, repair and maintenance to ensure stable operation of equipment;</p><p>3. Maintain customer relationships, respond to needs in a timely manner and promote problem resolution;</p><p>4. Regular customer return visits and analyze feedback data to optimize service processes;</p><p>5. Participate in technical training and continuously improve professional capabilities and service standards;</p><p>6. Collaborate with the company's internal R & D and product teams to continuously optimize products;</p><p>7. Need to be able to travel overseas for long periods: US, Germany, UK</p><p></p>
