<p><strong>Working Location: </strong>Central</p><p><strong>Working Hour: </strong>9 hours per day (required to work at least 2 days per week)</p><p><strong>Salary: HKD </strong>70 per hour</p><p></p><p><strong>Departments: </strong>VIP Customer Facing, General Customer Facing, Call Center (Non-cold call)</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver <strong>exceptional service</strong> to VIP guests, tenants, and customers.</li><li>Professionally handle <strong>enquiries and complaints</strong>, ensuring swift resolution.</li><li>Support <strong>CRM and marketing initiatives</strong> (e.g., events, promotions, customer feedback collection).</li><li>Support both members and tenants on points registration and redemption processing cycle.</li><li>Support and assist VIP members / tenants to utilize the apps of the loyalty program.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Preferred background</strong> in Hospitality / Property Management.</li><li><strong>Minimum F.7 / DSE graduate</strong> or equivalent.</li><li><strong>Outgoing, customer-focused</strong> with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li><strong>Detail-oriented</strong>, with good geographical knowledge and familiarity with luxury brands.</li><li><strong>Fluent</strong> in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken).</li></ul><p></p><p>Interested parties, please send your CV to us.</p>
