<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Assist the Facility Manager to plan and manage projects, including alteration, improvement, repair and maintenance, etc., from inception to handover, to ensure the design and works meet user requirements on scope, time, cost and quality</strong></li><li><strong>Study and interpret the needs and problems. Establish and prepare design, scope and requirements for potential projects. Conduct a feasibility study, plan for suitable project strategies, and prepare solutions with viable options</strong></li><li><strong>Prepare project proposal with necessary information, including project plan, schedule, budget, etc., for approval</strong></li><li><strong>Arrange and prepare documentation with the required specifications for the recruitment of works agents</strong></li><li><strong>Administrate, monitor and control the execution of projects</strong></li><li><strong>Monitor and coordinate the works for compliance with statutory requirements, policies and the club’s requirements</strong></li><li><strong>Communicate, liaise and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers and other service providers to ensure the quality service was provided</strong></li><li><strong>Handle other tasks or assignments as assigned by the supervisor or Club Management</strong></li><li><strong>Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations to ensure all facilities, systems, and equipment are in optimal working condition and compliant with safety standards</strong></li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Studies or other related disciplines</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum 4 years relevant working experience</strong></li><li><strong>Proven experience in contracting and management in various scales of projects</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in club house operation and licensing is an advantage</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent organisational and communication skills</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines</strong></li><li><strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools</strong></li><li><strong>Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred</strong></li></ul>
