About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a prestigious project. This is a high-profile opportunity to manage the screening process for recognizing frontline supervisors in Hong Kong’s construction sector. The role requires immediate availability for interview and selection, with a start date aligned with the project kick-off in late June 2025.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the sole point of contact for all project-related matters.

•Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interviewing nominated frontline supervisors.

•Manage logistics for interview sessions, including venue setup.

•Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

•Attend all meetings and prepare action item lists within 2 working days post-meeting.

•Collaborate with a senior Assessor and support staff to maintain a fair and consistent award screening process.

•Ensure compliance with proposed schedule, confidentiality, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

•Minimum 6 years of working experience, with proven expertise in managing projects, preferably awards, competitions, or similar screening processes.

•Construction industry experienceis a significant advantage.

•Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage tight deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

•Ability to work independently and under supervision, with a track record of delivering high-quality reports and presentations.

•Familiarity with Hong Kong’s construction sector and award management processes is highly desirable.

•Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to prepare reports and liaise with stakeholders.
