With a world-class supply chain and operations spanning Asia, they are committed to driving a new era of intelligent, efficient, and sustainable production.</p><p></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>Your mission is to build, lead, and execute the global Data & AI roadmap.</p><p></p><ul><li>Define the Future: Architect and implement the enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, and Quality standards to power our global operations.</li><li>Build the Foundation: Oversee the modern data architecture (Lake/Warehouse), ensuring seamless integration with core platforms like SAP S/4HANA and other global sources.</li><li>Innovate with AI: Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models for forecasting, risk management, and large-scale operational optimization.</li><li>Drive Breakthroughs: Pioneer transformative projects, including Digital Twins, AI-powered bots, and predictive analytics across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain.</li><li>Global Leadership: Manage complex, cross-functional Data and AI programs across Hong Kong, and other operational hubs in Asia, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery.</li><li>Inspire the Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.</li><li>Executive Influence: Act as the trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, translating business needs into actionable, data-driven solutions.</li><li>Stay Ahead: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies like Generative AI, NLP, and RPA to maintain our competitive edge.</li><li>Shape the Culture: Ignite a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning across the enterprise.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>The Person:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>10+years of progressive experience in data management, advanced analytics, and AI/ML, including at least 5 years in a significant strategic leadership role.</li><li>Demonstrated success in designing, selling, and delivering impactful, enterprise-scale data and AI solutions that drive tangible business value.</li><li>Deep, hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks and platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI).</li><li>Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, executive-level communication, and global stakeholder management.</li></ul><p></p><p>If you are interested to find out more, please email your CV to hello@thegenesisconnect.com together with your expected salary.</p>
