Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for distributing promotional flyers within a designated area to ensure coverage of target customers and densely populated locations such as shopping malls, residential areas, school surroundings, and transportation hubs.
- Follow the distribution route and schedule provided by the company to execute tasks, arrive on time at the designated location and complete the daily distribution quota.
- Maintain good appearance and attitude, actively introduce the highlights of the event (such as promotional information, brand philosophy) to the public, and enhance their willingness to receive flyers and interaction rate.
- Regularly report on distribution progress and on-site observations (such as foot traffic, audience reactions, and single-sheet recovery), and help optimize future promotional strategies.
- Properly store and organize the remaining promotional materials, ensure no loss, damage or abuse, and return unused single sheets and tools according to the specifications after the task is completed.
- Have high levels of proactive and responsibility, be able to independently plan walking routes, respond to changes in weather and temporary adjustments, and complete tasks stably without excessive supervision.
- Full of enthusiasm and affinity, and eager to interact naturally with people of different age groups, projecting a positive image and representing the first point of contact for the brand image.
- Regular exercise habits (such as walking, running or cycling at least 3 times a week), basic physical endurance, and the ability to walk continuously for 2 to 4 hours while carrying promotional materials.
- Aged 18 or above, no criminal record, able to accommodate short-term flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), with basic communication skills and sense of direction.
- Bring suitable clothing and comfortable walking shoes for outdoor activities, and follow safety rules (such as paying attention to traffic when crossing the road and avoiding staying in secluded areas).
