Job Responsibilities

Professor: Popular guitar/Popular singing/Jazz drum/Hawaiian guitar (Ukulele)

• Design and teach music courses according to students’ levels, and enhance their music skills and artistic expression
• Use modern teaching methods, combine practical performance and music theory knowledge, and stimulate students’ interest and creativity in popular music
• Regularly evaluate students’ learning progress, provide personalized feedback and learning suggestions, and help students achieve their learning goals
• Participate in course planning and teaching materials development, and continuously optimize teaching content in line with the organization's teaching philosophy
• Encourage and guide students to participate in performances, competitions or public activities, and strengthen their stage experience and confidence

Work requirements

• Holding a Rockschool qualification in popular music-related subjects at Level 8 or above, or equivalent professional academic qualifications and proof of ability
• Have specialized teaching and performance skills in popular guitar, jazz drum, pop singing or Hawaiian guitar (Ukulele)
• Full of enthusiasm for music education, with a loving heart, patience, and sense of responsibility, and able to care for students’ physical and mental development
• Have good oral expression and communication skills, and be able to effectively interact with students, parents and teaching teams
• Applicants with relevant teaching experience will be given priority, and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
