Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite / remote support to IT related issues, i.e. infrastructure, systems and network, server, software, and hardware, etc

• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems

• Perform various IT projects such as hardware installation, inventory checking, OS migration, office relocation

• Other IT related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in IT support field

• Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and configurations, Windows and MAC OS

• Knowledge of Networking in both design and provisioning

• Troubleshooting skills for Desktop/WIFI/printers/office applications

• Self-motivated, good communication skill and capable to work under pressure

• Available for working in multi-location

• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Working location: Hong Kong
