<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Maintain and update audit document control systems, databases, and repositories to organize and safeguard documents, ensuring version control.</li><li>Receive, review, and log incoming documents, ensuring they meet required audit formatting and naming conventions.</li><li>Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards to comply with the audit documents.</li><li>Ensure documents are in compliance with regulatory and industry standards and assist in audits.</li><li>Assist the company to apply and maintain professional certificates.</li><li>Execute day-to-day tasks (administration/maintenance/upgrade) on the following security systems: CCTV Monitoring Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Alarm and Burglary systems, and Fire Prevention Systems.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures for document management and control.</li><li>Conduct regular training sessions for staff on document control processes and audit compliance requirements.</li><li>Monitor and report on the status of document control activities and audit readiness.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and submission of audit reports and findings.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in regulatory and industry standards related to audit and certification.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure systems and processes meet audit and certification requirements.</li><li>Manage and resolve any issues related to audit documentation and certification processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Accountable at work with good problem-solving skills.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of work experience handling enquiries from auditors with relevant documentation.</li><li>Knowledge in ISO27001 or PCI-DSS compliance will be an advantage.</li><li>Working experience in the security-related field will be an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficient in using document management software and tools.</li><li>Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer excellent compensation package, promotion prospects and job satisfaction.
