Secondary 6 level; one year of work experience; basic understanding of computer hardware, software, network products and settings, sense of responsibility, and good manners. <br>2. Have basic network knowledge and skills, be able to quickly diagnose and solve common network problems. <br>3. Familiar with operating systems (such as Windows, macOS) and common office software suites. <br>4. Have good communication skills, be able to clearly explain technical issues and their solutions to non-technical people.<br>5. Have team spirit, be patient and efficient in completing tasks under pressure.</p></li></ol>
