<p><strong>Summary:</strong><br>Our client is a public utility company and they are looking for a Manager, IT Procurement/ Contract Management under IT team todrivegovernanceand operations of IT procurement/ contract management and activities. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in contract management, procurement and knowledge in IT domain.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the governance and optimization of IT procurement, contract management, and vendor management procedures, you should propose solutions to ensure the cost-effectiveness, alignment and time-efficiency</li><li>Represent the teamto and engage with IT project management teams to ensure that project governance compliances and frameworks are met. Escalate issues to senior management when necessary</li><li>Refine project financials to enhance IT investment efficiency. Streamline and consolidate PMO processes/ frameworks to ensure that they are lean and robust.</li><li>Lead strategic initiatives to boost the efficiency, aligning with organizational goals.</li><li>Streamline project governance, prioritize portfolios, support change management, and develop performance dashboards.</li></ul><p><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a senior supervisory role.</li><li>Certification in relevant methodologies such as Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or PRINCE2.</li><li>Proven experience in process project management, PMO, improvement initiatives, change management, and IT procurement is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong business planning and strategy development skills, with solid project management and financial metric knowledge.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>
