Job Summary:

Responsible for hardware and network maintenance, data security and end-user support for all IT solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Hardware and IT infrastructure: Install and maintain hardware and IT infrastructure for the Club

• Software deployment: Assist in all software product deployment processes with or without vendor’s support

• System Monitoring and Administration: Conduct all standard system administration tasks and continuously monitor system performance and uptime, identify and address early warnings of potential issues

• Network management: Maintain excellent network stability and performance, and identify and address early warnings of potential issues

• Cybersecurity: Deploy, maintain and enhance security technologies, such as firewall, network access control for server-based applications, and adopt appropriate and highly secured cloud-based solutions

• Data access control: Safeguard the Club’s electronic data are accessible only by authorized users

• Vendor Management: Manage IT vendors for procurement, hardware and network maintenance, and problem resolutions.

• User Support: Provide technical solutions to users, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hardware/infrastructure management and end-user support, or a similar role.

• Expert knowledge of networking architecture

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

• High proficiency in Windows operating systems

• Experience in Microsoft 365 solutions

• Ability of making use of latest technology to solve business problems

• Good communication skills and supportive mindset to assist non-technical users

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese

• Relevant IT certifications are a plus (e.g. ITIL)
