About the Job

• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the network engineering team in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT network projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Supervise the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of robust and scalable network infrastructure to support enterprise operations.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to understand business requirements and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.

• Develop and implement forward-looking network strategies that incorporate architectural improvements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to enhance performance, reliability, and security.

• Identify and drive continuous improvements in operational processes and procedures to proactively address issues affecting network availability, security posture, and data integrity.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and actively research new tools and technologies to improve team productivity, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

• Demonstrate resilience and effectiveness in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure while meeting tight deadlines and managing complex challenges.

• Monitor and manage team utilization to ensure optimal allocation of resources, balanced workloads, and achievement of project milestones.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.

• Possession of a valid IT network engineering certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in network security, firewall technologies, or related areas will be considered a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in network managed services is highly desirable. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure technologies, and security frameworks, with the ability to apply this expertise in enterprise environments.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative mindset. Able to lead network initiatives, mentor team members, and foster a high-performance culture.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
