Main responsibilities:
* Handle procurement，eg. Contract negotiation and manage vendor
Entry Requirements:
* University graduation + 5 - 6 years of relevant experience (working on IT projects~)
* Have tender documents, contract drafting, and strategic procurement experience
* Have CIPS / CPSM qualifications + familiar with Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
