We are seeking a proactive and analytical Technology Analyst to join our team. This role is central to driving bank-wide IT initiatives, focusing on FinTech innovation and strategic planning. You will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business needs to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis into industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation strategies.

• Requirements Engineering: Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements to guide project development.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a lead liaison between business users, internal developers, and external vendors.

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including vendor selection, system design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Implementation Support: Facilitate training and provide support to ensure the successful adoption of new innovative solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 1–5 years in Technical/Systems Analysis or IT Consulting. Banking/Finance experience is a significant advantage.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on technical background with coding experience and familiarity with Cloud platforms.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Language & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent Chinese report writing skills.
