Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders, plan and overview of the requirement of data centre infrastructure
• Propose and participate in application architecture design and system integration solutions to meet upcoming business process and capacity
• Manage of the operation, network and services monitoring systems
• Assist in the selection, installation and use of computing equipment and software
• Deliver daily technical support and implement new networks and servers for the company
• Create systems management processes and improve support
• Perform assessments and improvement plans
• Optimize current network and security
• Handle procurement of technical equipment and vendor management
• Evaluate impact of installation of software patches and updates
• Co-ordinate with current teams, users and vendors
• Trouble -shooting user and system configuration issues
• Ensure a quality controlled efficient operation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years working experience in IT administration, support and maintenance
• Familiar with Mac, Unix and Linux operating systems and hardware equipment requirement
• Experience in IT Security and IT network Management are preferable
• 7+ years as a hands-on implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network
• Experience in managing VMware & MS/VCS Clustering
• In-depth ITIL knowledge
• Certifications - ITIL, PMP, CCNP, VC5, CISA, CISM, CEH, CISSP etc. are anadvantage
• Advanced working expertise of LAN technologies (HSRP, VRRP, STP,VLANs and IP-subnetting)
• Good working knowledgeof network cabling infrastructure and specifications
• Experience with L2, L3, L7 Firewalls, Wireless controllers, Proxies, Filters, and Network Monitoring and Management tools
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese; Mandarin (is a plus)
